VILLAGE OF BISHOP HILL - RESOLUTION 2025-01

To Transfer Funds from General Fund to Cemetery Fund

WHEREAS, the Village of Bishop Hill, Henry County, Illinois, an incorporated Village, has determined that all monies in the General Fund came from unrestricted sources and therefore these funds are unassigned.

WHEREAS, the Cemetery Fund income does not support the ongoing expense to maintain the cemetery, including mowing, trees, brush, gravel, tombstone repair, etc.

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Bishop Hill, IL to authorize the Village Treasurer, Sharon Wexell, to transfer a total of $15,000 from the General Fund to the Cemetery Fund.

PASSED this 6th day of August, 2025 by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bishop Hill, Henry County, Illinois.

APPROVED  this  6th day of August, 2025 by the President of the Village of Bishop Hill.
