The regular meeting of the Village of Bishop Hill Board was not held, due to no quorum.

ROLL CALL: Mike Funke, Patrick Light, Mike Keup, Amanda Laub , Sharon Wexell & Terri Wigant were all present. Jim Nolan, Lisa Nordstrom, & Ben Strand were absent.

MINUTES: No motion

TREASURER’S REPORT: No motion

PAY BILLS: The Board that was present, directed the Treasurer to pay the bills to avoid any late fees.

OLD BUSINESS: No motions

NEW BUSINESS:

Todd DeDecker was at the meeting, representing the Bishop Hill Heritage Association. He was there to ask if they could close Christina Street again for Ag Days, September 27 & 28th . There would be food trucks on that street, also there will be farming demonstrations at the field on the North side of the Township Building. There will be no parking signs on N. Ericson St. as past years and loading signs for people to get rides on the people movers. His request was approved.
